Refund policy

Eligibility for return and refund:
- Only candles received in a damaged condition are eligible fore refund or replacement. Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at luxeixcandles@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damaged candle.

Return+Refund Process:
- Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label if we determine the candle should be returned to us.
- Pack the damaged candle in its original packaging (if possible). Attach the return shipping label and send the package back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned candle, we well process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Only Process:
- Once your email is reviewed and we determine that the candle does not need to be returned, we will begin to process your refund for the full amount less shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:
- Candles that have been used or partially burned are not eligible for return and refunds.
- Custom or personalized candles are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Exceptions:
- We do understand that things happen and candles are delicate. We will do our best to provide customer satisfaction if our candles do not meet your standards in a fair manner, respectfully.
