Shipping policy

    • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 
    • Orders placed on the weekends or 48 hours before a holiday will not be shipped until the next business day to ensure candle quality is maintained.
  • Shipping: 
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination. 
  • Order Tracking: 
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
  • Shipping Address:
    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Issues:
    • If the package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
